CHIMERIC STUDIES OF THE RECEPTOR SUBTYPES

In an attempt to better understand the varying degrees of selectivity in the interaction between opioid receptors and their multiple ligands, chimeric receptors have been generated and tested with several ligands. We have tabulated many of the published results and separated them into the categories below. Click on the cited authors to view the results of their studies.
