SCHEMATIC MODELS
Currently, we have two types of schematic diagrams for each of the four rat
opioid receptor subtype classes. The first is full-screen, two-dimensional
serpentine models of each class, showing the sequence of the 7 transmembrane
domains as well as the intra- and extracellular loops. The second is
full-screen, two-dimensional figures of the 7 transmembrane domains as viewed
from the extracellular side. Click one of the example models below to choose
from the four subtype classes.
